Our production

Talamoni produces oils ideal for lubrication during glass cutting, optimizing the longevity of the cutting wheel.

The formation of dust and small fragments in the cutting phases is inevitable. To reduce these wastes and improve the quality of the cut we recommend using cutting oil. The product, introduced during the cutting process, maintains the tension of the glass, facilitating breakaway.

We produce four types of oil with special characteristics to always guarantee a perfect cut!

T-OIL3125

LOW EVAPORATION
SYNTHETIC BASED FLUID FOR CUTTING CERAMIC AND GLASS.
Use for both for straight and curved cuts. The oil evaporates slowly allowing time to finish the cut and is specially designed to avoid overheating of the cutting heads. Residues left on the glass are easily removed and do not create problems during the automatic washing process.

MEDIUM EVAPORATION
SYNTHETIC BASED FLUID FOR CUTTING GLASS.
Use for straight cuts and thick glass. The mixture of hydrocarbons and additives does not leave any kind of residue on the glass. The oil creates an ideal surface tension leaving a clean cut edge.

HIGH EVAPORATION
SYNTHETIC BASED FLUID FOR CUTTING LOW-E AND MAGNATRONIC GLASS.
This synthetic formula reduces the surface tension ensuring a perfect glass finishing. The mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons and special additives are formulated to make the product suitable for Low-E glass. The excellent evaporability allows the finished glass to completely dry free of residues. It is odorless and with a very low tendency to foaming.

100% EVAPORATION
CUTTING OIL FOR GLASS.
This cutting fluid evaporates 100% and is ideal for cutting glass that undergoes subsequent processing that needs a surface free of any residue, such as screen printing or car glass. The low surface tension of the product easily penetrates the cut, resulting in good breakaway with a clean edge.
