The CSHM insert is complete with wheel. Ideal for shaped or straight cut applications involving. The CSHM can be used in automated tables as an alternative to the plastic clips. Cutting angles are easily identified by color. Available for the following cutting tables: Bavelloni, Bottero, CMS, Intermac, MacoTec, Maver.

The model C plastic clip includes a 6.00 mm diameter wheel compatible with Bystronic, Bavelloni, Bottero, Euromec cutting tables. The clip is molded from durable plastic which allows the wheel to easily rotate while creating a precise cut. The plastic color identifies the wheel cutting angle. We have varying wheel finishes—PLA / DG and DSG— which correspond to the thickness and type of glass to be cut. All guaranteed. Some glass industry business have chosen Type C clips as for for other brands of cutting tables.

The CSDA clips with a Diamant wheel of diameter 5.0 honed with double angles. The surface finishes DG or DSG guarantee excellent results both in straight and shaped cuts and in laminated glass.CSDA plastic clips have 5.0 diameter diamond wheels that are sharpened with two angles along the cutting edge. The wheel’s PLA, DG and DSG finishes guarnatee excellent results both in straight and shaped cuts on laminated and layered glass.

The diamond wheel inserted in the CSM clips guarantees a precise cut and excellent durability performance. Ideal for all types of cutting: straight, shaped, float glass, laminated, laminated magnetron. Available with PL finish for monolithic glass cutting and PLA or DG finish for laminated, layered glass and cutting shapes. The sandblasting film can be cut directly on the cutting table with clips with a blade inserted or with metal modules complete with blade. The narrow blades are used for shape cuts while the wide blades are only used for straight cuts.
